Roll II — The workshop
Now, how it's done.
The quiet, unglamorous part. Four stones, laid in order.
The first stone
A front door that answers.
A site built for the two-second glance: what you do, and what to do next. Forms that reach you, and proof where people look for it.
The second stone
Found on Google.
And in the AI answers.
People look for you two ways now: they search Google, and they ask AI tools — ChatGPT, Siri, Alexa — who's good nearby. We get you into both. Your name, hours, and services stay consistent everywhere you're listed, and your pages are written so Google ranks them and the AI tools can quote you correctly instead of guessing.
The third stone
The quiet machine.
The work that eats your evenings, done the moment it comes up.
What moves off your plate
- On your plate: The call you missed in the middle of a job.Off your plate: A text goes back while you're still on the ladder.
- On your plate: The quote nobody answered.Off your plate: It follows up on its own, politely, on schedule.
- On your plate: Asking happy customers for a review.Off your plate: The ask goes out when the job closes.
- On your plate: The invoice that's thirty days late.Off your plate: It chases itself.
- On your plate: Customers you haven't heard from in a year.Off your plate: A note goes out that brings them back.
- On your plate: The Sunday-night spreadsheet.Off your plate: The report writes itself.
And much more — just ask.
If it can be templated, we build it.
The fourth stone
Run for you.
We build the website and the systems that run your business — and then we run them, on one monthly retainer.
Every month, a value report: the hours it saved you, times your rate, in plain numbers. We'll show you the numbers.
90 days. If the value report doesn't show the retainer paying for itself by month three, we make it right — extra work or a clean exit. No hard feelings.
Questions people ask
What does it cost?
We scope it to you. Pick a budget band in the note below and we'll show you exactly what it buys — no surprise invoices. Website builds are quoted fixed, after we've seen your situation.
Who owns the site?
You do. On payment, the finished work is yours outright. We keep only our own tools and methods.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. After the first 90 days it runs month-to-month.
Is a robot writing this?
Yes — as a tool in the shop, not as the craft. It takes the repetitive passes (research, first drafts, monitoring, reporting) so our hours go where they matter: the judgment, the finish, and the care. Everything is read and finished by hand, and nothing goes live without your approval.
What happens after the mockup?
It's yours to keep. If you want it built, reply and we'll scope it with you. If not, keep it, or hand it to someone else to build. No obligation.
What does the audit actually deliver?
You fill a short worksheet — about ten minutes. We template your systems from it. Then a 30-minute working session to adjust, clarify, and add as needed — and within a few days, the map: how your intake → quote → job → invoice → review loop really runs, the hours it's quietly eating (with the dollar math), and exactly three automations with payback estimates.
