Who we are
Deseret Marketing, LLC ("DM", "we", "us") — a marketing and automation agency. Questions about this policy: hello@deseretmarketing.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, business, the optional phone number, your message, and your selections ("what you need", "what's your project budget"). Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or ad trackers of any kind.
Anonymous counts
We keep a first-party counter of anonymous page events (which page was opened, which door was clicked — never who clicked). The counts never contain personal data and never leave our own systems.
Why we use it
To reply to your request — and nothing else. We do not run mailing lists; if you wrote to us, our reply is a response to your request, and every message we send carries an opt-out line. Lawful basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Where it goes (categories of recipients)
Our own Google Workspace (the Sheets intake and Drive) and our email — meaning the only parties that ever handle it are our service providers (Google, which stores the intake sheet; our email provider), each under terms that use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Ever. (Because we don't sell anything, there is no "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" request to make — nothing is for sale.)
Do Not Track
We set no cookies and collect no browsing data, so there is no tracking to switch off. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do no tracking, and no third party collects information about your browsing on our site.
Your choices (review, correct, delete)
Want to see what you've sent us, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@deseretmarketing.com and we'll handle it — usually the same week, within 72 hours at the latest. "Delete my data" means we delete everything you sent us. (One person handles every request: the founder.)
How long we keep it
Until we've answered you and the work is done — and after that only until you ask us to delete it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page changes and the date above updates. Nothing hidden.
